I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Pick 2-3 major projects you worked on. Have those as heading bullets with sub bullets describing exactly what you did. Also underneath the job itself, have 2 bullets on your role generally before diving into the projects. Cut out everything from college i.e. clubs etc. only leave a single line for each of your internships
Hi can I receive this resume?
What worked for me as B4 to boutique to MBB:
Company - Location + YOE
2-3 bullets on client work
1-2 bullets on internal initiatives
Shorten bullets as necessary based on internships + work experience, believe my resume for MBB had 1-2 bullets for internships and 3-4 for full time employment.
This
I would split out project experience into at least 3 bullet points. Focus on key points and impact areas. Include internal initiatives after for 1-2 bullet points.
This is what I do and it works
It’s not about number of bullets per project. It’s about succinctly communicating your impact (on clients or on your firm). Please don’t just list projects or job responsibilities.
Following !
Don’t structure by project. Structure by meaningful things that you did.
Developed, led, created, structured, delivered, etc.
What you want is to show how you created value, preferably with metrics.
For example, I had that I led a team of 5 in an F500 implementation that resulted in meeting all project goals and doubled the size of the team and budget.
Obviously you might want more specifics on what you did by leading, but you get the point.

Before 5 YOE, I had bullets to summarize projects and sub-bullets to describe specific activities and analyses for each project.
Around/after 5 YOE I picked the most relevant projects for the jobs I was applying for and summarized whole projects into 2-line, single bullets

When do you take internship experience off? (7 months experience here) I have worked on 3 projects at my current post grad job
Here's a version of my resume. I used this format to land final interviews without referrals or a traditional background at McKinsey, Meta, Apple, Google, Ginkgo, Goldman, and Capital One. I joined one of these companies last month.
Most important is ATS optimization, which to be frank, means taking bullet quotes from the job description and artfully pasting them into the bullet points on your resume in a way that makes sense to your experiences, making tweaks here and there.
The wildcard feature that helped me a lot is the underlined portions; they're hyperlinks to work samples, so in my interviews I can not just make claims but back them up with samples of my work. This is crucial for building credibility, which you don't have a lot of at 1.5 to 2 years of experience, but you don't want to overdo the underlining or the page becomes a mess.
A/B test stuff and find what works best for you. E.g., I ran my own marketing experiments and learned that my resume landed 39% more interviews when I used my aristocratic-sounding legal name instead of my modest-sounding nickname, so I went by my pompous legal name during the interviews, but my email is [nickname.lastname@gmail.com], so hiring managers always asked me what name I used at the beginning of the interview, and then I got to break the ice with a story that shows how much of a passionate, data-driven marketing nerd I am.
