How do you structure your resume with ~1.5- 2 YOE? Can you summarize whole projects in one bullet? Do you include practice development or business development support efforts? Does anyone know a a resource with banks of early career consultant résumé’s for reference?

Help me understand something fundamental about altcoins. For those coins that serve as defi projects with real-world use cases, why do they need to be tradable, and why do they have a fluctuating market value? In other words, why is each particular application or idea based on blockchain also something that can be bought and sold by people who are not involved in the project?

I got the offer and it’s exactly the same base/bonus as my current role. (Though they’ll also give me so stock options in the private company).
