I joined IBM on June,2020 after 9 months our project was pulled out by the customer. Then we all came on bench. After that again I'm aligned with 1 project. In September 2021 IBM got separated and make a new company Kyndryl, currently I'm working in Kyndryl
In this journey time No Salary hikes provided by the company.
This makes me sad. I'm also worried about my future. Is there any good future scope in Identity Access Management? Kindly let me know guys...it'll help me a lot.

Ladies, esp ladies of color, please please please negotiate your salaries! I didn’t for my first two jobs and I CONSTANTLY felt underpaid, which turned out to be true for both positions. Let me tell you, negotiating a salary is absolutely terrifying, I was shaking the whole time. BUT. That one twelve minute conversation earned me an extra few thousand dollars a year that I would not have otherwise gotten. Please don’t let white men make more than you just because you don’t wanna ask/look greedy!

Do you think it’s worth staying as a consultant in this job market? I just started as an associate in June w 3 YOE.
