I don't menitor my team's socials myself but I believe the marketing department does
This isn't my responsibility either. While we have a loosely defined social media policy, I don't think anyone is actively monitoring profiles to ensure it's enforced. The only time I remember this ever being an issue was a few years ago, and we didn't seek it out. It was brought to my manager's attention by a customer.
At contract signing, employees sign an nda about customers and the company. I don't have a media screening team, if I hired them it is assumed that a relationship of mutual trust can begin.
