How does everyone feel about pay and more specifically taking a pay cut to get into this work. I’m in cyber and I was considering FBI special agent position a couple years ago, but was dissuaded by the idea that I would take a pay cut. The ceiling/progression seems to be so much less then consulting or industry or cyber. Thoughts?

Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?
