How does one make a leap from GSD/ESD to CSO?

How did current in-house attorneys find their positions? I am currently in big law with 3 years of experience. Seems that most recruiters can only help me lateral to other big law firms.

At present I am working in ICICI Bank NRI department Product team . Its 3 months, I was assured some different job role buy now I am asked to do something else . I don't see any growth in this role , I am not able to enhance my skill.
I am looking for a change internal or external and not in a hurry.

Curious what niche fields you all are aware of. I started my practice a few months ago, focusing on business lit and transactions. I’ve had success, but I feel like I need to zero in on a specialty and direct my marketing that way. So I’m just curious what niche fields are out there. Thoughts?

I’ve been in the banking industry for about 5 years now since I graduated and I feel like this may not be the right industry for me. I have experience in commercial banking and commercial real estate lending. Where do people go after they leave banking? I’m trying to see how I can transfer my skills to another field.

I’ve been doing CRE transactions for years, but I just started a new role that includes a big development component. I’d love something that walks me through the major components of a development deal/explains when certain AIA forms get used, etc. (to supplement the training I’m getting from my boss)

Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? Is there such a thing as getting promoted TOO quickly? Just got the bump to AS after 10 months as an AE. Not at all typical at my agency (usually 5 to 8 YOE). I picked up a lot of opportunity after turnover last year. I am, of course, thrilled, but do wonder if it'd put the validity of my agency in question when looking at my resume. Am I crazy? I'm probably crazy.
