Anyone feel they’re slow?

What’s a good way to cross reference a concurrent PSA where due diligence is allowed in one PSA but not the other. (Two commercial properties being sold but under two separate PSAs - water DD is only limited to one of the properties). Try to saying no diligence on property 2, but since it’s a package deal if someone comes up on property 1 then termination is ok.

Pro forma or proforma?

Had a colleague tell me she requires all Guarantees signed in an individual capacity notarized. I asked her if she still sends breakaway signature pages and she said yes of course. Wouldn’t whatever protection having the execution witnessed/notarized be negated by the fact it wasn’t attached to anything?

We are looking to file something like an injunction injunction to stop a property sale. The property is owned by a sister and brother. Brother is deceased so it passed down to his children. The heirs bad no idea the aunt is trying to sell. Can we file some type of injunction?

-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
-Ability for the Sponsor/Fund to invest directly, indirectly and in equity, debt, Pref, etc.
