How does your firm handle referrals? What do you consider when referring someone for a position?

Is it concerning if a recruiter is dancing around giving you an offer? or is it just busy bc of Q4, coordinating teams, start dates, and covid?

SAP labs HR said they will release offer letter, but 1 week passed, no offer letter given.

am I rejected? even after clearing all rounds?

I don’t know what’s going so wrong.

I have applied to 42 jobs and received 20 rejections, with 0 opportunities to even interview.

My resume is from WSO template, and I used suggested wording from various popular resume websites.

I don’t understand why I’ve gotten such a large amount of rejections. Am I applying to position in under or over qualified for? Does my resume suck? Is it just a bad time to apply? How do I improve from here?
