Where you worked and when you worked there needs to be 100% true. What you did should be somewhat defensible.
If it's not true don't put it down. The worst thing that can happen in an interview is having someone ask you to explain X and you don't have the full background

I interviewed 2 people who could not answer questions that were out of the scope of their Ai generated resumes. They spouted the same thing each time I asked a new question. "Please give me a moment to gather my thoughts." I could tell they were reading their screen looking for the correct response. You had better be able to speak to everything on your resume.

Lying is bad it's wrong yet everyone and I do mean everyone either has does or will at some point. Resume tricky as obtaining accurate information these days pretty easy then your toast for lotion your resume and also we don't feel good inside about it. That said there are scenarios where the whole story they wouldn't understand and you're not getting the job. I say spin the negative as best you can without lying. Some try turn the negative into a positive say. Lying is toxic and cause for many personal professional governmental systemic all of it. Does feel good or end well. Plus truth is always revealed eventually.
