Fast AF or slow AF.
When I was interviewing for my current gig (Series E), I was interviewing with several other places, including one other Series E startup. The first startup I had been interviewing with took nearly 3 months, with huge gaps between rounds. My current job moved pretty quickly because of the other timelines, so it was 2 weeks total.
If I'm interested in the company/people/compensation, 5 is my limit, 4 if there's a panel involved 🫠. More than that per pipeline is unsustainable on top of a FT job haha.
My company was a startup when I interviewed, about a year old (barely)
I had a quick phone chat with a recruiter, in person interview with 2 people, it was maybe a 30 min interview. I lived about 40 min from the office and got a call with a job offer before I even got home from the interview. (Due to that I asked for a higher salary, was told they'd get back to me, and I got my higher offer about 5 min later. Still wasn't home yet lol)
It depends, it can be anywhere from two weeks to four plus. The fastest I got hired was two weeks.
I am so sorry I thought I post it on under your original question
Yes this was a startup. They already had a team of leaders
I had two panel interviews in one day
One panel was with three people in the room
The second panel was with 12 people in the room lol
Yes
It really depends on the size of the startup
Generally 2 employees a month

Depends on how many qualified applicants they got.
