How hard is it to find a job that respects work/life balance?

Hey everyone! I joined this bowl and after reading through some posts I’m ready to begin my FIRE journey. Is it possible to start now? I was planning on finding another higher paying job first. I graduated in December 2021 with a bs in industrial and systems engineering and started working in January and Currently make 65k. No student loans, no state taxes, and my rent is 1100. My only other expense is food gas and phone bill. Any advice?
