How important is it to include work samples when applying to a job when it isn’t required as part of the application? Asking as someone on the account side of PR looking for a new mid-level role. I have never needed to create a portfolio, but with how competitive the market is I’m wondering if this is a big differentiator, and if so, welcome any tips for how to get started on this since the nature of our work is so collaborative.
