Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

I am suffering from Tennis Elbow. Anything I can do to reduce the pain in my hands and wrists ?

Question for those who also struggle with depression (or other mental illness): how do you handle being in a busy time (55-60ish hours billed weekly for a few weeks in a row) while also in a depressive episode? living at home with my parents and they both tested positive for covid this week. I haven’t felt so great this past week, and I’ve most probably caught it from them. She just got her EAD and is looking for jobs, open to switch profiles as well. Do you think she would fit in for any role here in Seattle, WA? She has been a star performer and promoted twice in the last 3 years. One problem is companies look for US experience which she does not have, we just moved here early this year.

You did an interview and your interviewer apologized that the travel time 180minutes was much higher than 30minutes scheduled time for the interview and that It could have been done remotely, but she has to follow the process. I am still waiting for feedback though.

Allergies in the cafeteria?
Now that all students are back to eating in the cafeteria, the “peanut/tree nut free” section is just at the end of each long table. When I see the custodians cleaning between lunch sessions, they use the same, one towel to wipe all the tables in the lunch room. I have a very severe peanut allergy myself and worry about cross contamination constantly. And as a school nurse, I’m wondering what other schools do to prevent cross contamination in the cafeteria. Thoughts?
