One of TOP MNC offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CG .
Today I called that TOP MNC same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CG but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.

How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I’m early 20s, healthy with no injuries but generally have issues with stuff like jump lunges. The knee feels fine while just standing, it’s when it’s locked out with weight on it that it hurts.

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

Although COVID is in the back of my mind, this is more about what I’ve been lacking since FL: consistent team, seeing an idea all the way through, challenging myself to grow, being exposed to latest tech trends to better my ideas... I know I can always go back to FL if FT doesn’t work out, but curious where others’ heads are at these days. Am I crazy to consider going back to the golden shackles?
