Like lactose intolerant folks can’t eat dairy
Diabetics should limit carbs
Try to get your calories from protein (managed not excessive), fat (butter, ghee, olive oils etc not nut oils) use excess fats and carbs through veggies and fruits like berries etc (no apples, bananas, mangoes etc)
