Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill
