I have been selected for HR round at Deloitte USI for consultant - Manual/Functional Testing profile. My current CTC is 6.5 LPA and I have 4 years of experience. A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

It is a phenomenon observed when a candidate frequently jumps job in order to have a market correction to his salary.
Say person A got settled in his job for 5 years and his current salary is 7lpa..He joined at 4 lpa.
Now for his experience, he can be paid upto 30 lpa for the role.
So after switching for 13 lpa.. He keeps job hopping from 13-19 and 19-28 within a year where he finally feels he is paid adequately.
