Hi all, following my interview rounds with Amazon, the recruiter reached out to arrange a call to discuss positive feedback and run through some information before pushing to next steps. What can I expect the call to be about? I figured if it was an offer, they would just send it through. Any insight is appreciated!

Am I being too judgmental? During the interview process I ask questions that help me identify culture. During my recent interview I directly asked “How would you describe your culture?”, and it was described as “work hard, play hard”. I expected a much more meaningful reply. Thoughts?

Tips welcome on how to manage my “informal review” with my manager who has it out for me, re: not promoting me following a technical exam (on which I scored perfectly) and interview (on which I was failed ostensibly on subjective criteria). My experience in healthcare is pretty niche, almost exclusively in Neurodiagnostics and surgical neurophysiology but I am trying (desperately) to transition out as the burnout is incredible. Hello! I have 9 years total of healthcare experience and 5 years of that I was a Residential supervisor for a brain injury rehabilitation. I don’t have a degree only college credits I’m trying to obtain a Psychology degree. I’ve been applying to countless jobs on Indeed and barely get an call backs for an interview. I’d say out of the 50 jobs I applied for I only got 4 interviews. Is anyone else extremely frustrated with being out of work? :(

Hey guys! I’ve been approached to join BCG as a senior associate. I’ve been told MBA sponsorship requires either 12-18 months of tenure at BCG. Before I commit to studying for cases, I would appreciate insight into the following:
1) Is it possible to negotiate that down? I want to attend in 2022
2) Are externships open to SA level? Is it possible to negotiate this?
3) How many years post-MBA are you locked into BCG with sponsorship? Do you commit to a single office?

There is LOT of new construction in our area and my house is 15yrs old but has lots of upgrades.
