Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
Not sure what to do in this scenario.

I joined company B few months back, and they mentioned that i will be getting offer letter of company A and payroll will be also from company A as the company B will be separating from A in sometime. So now as they separated i got new compensation letter from company B and the joining date mentioned there is the date on which they separated and not the actual joining date on which i joined. Won't this be considered as a switch by future employers? In the new offer letter there is no mention of A

I have a doubt. I have got offer from PwC India for a package of 7.5LPA as base pay and my current CTC is 4.5LPA. Now, manager is asking me for retention of 7LPA along with 50K bonus and he is convincing me with working with cutting edge tech in DevOps.
