How long does it take after the final interview for the recruitment team to give you feedback. My profile still shows on hold 3 weeks after the interview in the talent 500 portal and havent heard anything from the recruiter. Does it take so long? Or shall i consider the opportunity closed. Please share your experiences

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?
