How long, on average, are folks staying at their in/house positions before moving on to another in/house position?

Hi peeps. Need a suggestion , I am about to switch for a change and I have an offer from LTI for PM but my current location is noida. I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen. How much does a project manager travel and how will this role help?. Please help

Consulting question: would an enterprise improvement consultant position at AlixPartners fall under the purview of management consulting? As an econ grad student with a 3.8 GPA and 3.5 years of work experience at a financial research firm, what do you think are my chances to get an offer?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

I freelanced for an agency as an art director for 6 months and recently got hired FT. I am struggling with imposter syndrome on a daily basis but manage to get great feedback from the creative directors continuously but still feel the same way. I was put on a creative brainstorm and my ideas seemed so misaligned with everyone else's but the designs I did the client liked and I think we are moving forward with. One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

So I’m gonna assume that most of us in L&E are in it for the passion, otherwise we would have taken corporate commercial or M&A for the money.
So… where do you see your ‘ultimate resting spot’? Would it be 1) global head of L&E law at a big company, having to always be under the global GC, or 2) just collect enough experience to take the GC route? This of course has way more money, but work with stuff that doesn’t excite you as much, or 3)…?
