How long we need to wait to attend interview at virtusa if we got rejected once

I am having 12 YOE in TCS. Tryong to switch since a year. Cleared all interview rounds of Capg.
Current CTC : 15.7 LPA. HR called and informed max they can offer 19 LPA. Isn't that too less?
They said they it is based on feedback given in their system.
Skills : Data center Network, Service Mgmt, Hybrid Cloud build, migration and Support

Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

Applying to jobs at PwC and KPMG (w/referrals) as Senior Associate in Transformation Consulting. 3 YOE in finance field but technically new to consulting.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I joined a new team and have noticed something off with my Director over the last months (slurring speech, no show to calls or even full days of work). I finally asked a colleague about it today because I’m concerned about my Director. She confirmed that she’s noticed the same over the last few years, but no one ever says anything. How are you guys handling your mental health with job rejections or not getting interviews? I’m trying to stay optimistic but it’s soul crushing to see people you know get better jobs when you have been on the job hunt for awhile. I understand not comparing yourself to others but it’s hard when you realize you’re at the bottom of the totem pole and everyone else around you is progressing.
