How much would LS consulting firms care about my GPA if applying to AC/SAC positions w/ 2 YOE of relevant experience

Service design seems a popular role in consulting in the past year or so, certainly seeing more grads go down this route. Is there much overlap with business analysis? When I’ve worked with service designers the output seems to be another version of a process map, are there other skills and experience needed? I’m wondering how easy a move would be from business analysis to service design...

My fiancé and I are first time home buyers (both 28 yo) and would like to know what makes more sense: buying an expensive home or buying a lower cost one. Our combined income is around 400K but since we just began working post school, our savings are only $70K right now (also 30K in student loan debt). Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package.
