Also, the people they hire seem to have more regard for the health of the company than the health of their own people, haha

We do 4x10 schedule on regular basis at the plant. During turnarounds it is 12hr days 6 on 1 off, or 12x2 or 18x3, sometimes have to do 16hr days in emergencies.
