I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I billed 1600 total my first year (litigation - 2000 hour requirement). I had a similar experience - made all attempts to get work, had good reviews, etc. but found it hard to completely fill my plate enough to meet hours after a slow first 2 months given the remote environment and challenges with making connections as a first year fully remote. I was also one of the busiest first years in my class and still only billed 1600. No one cared during my year end review process I just didn’t get the hour-based bonus.
2625 in my first year. What is your requirement? Are you being reprimanded for failing to meet the requirement?
The requirement is 2050 but everyone keeps telling me that they don’t expect you to meet the requirement your first year … I keep asking for work so don’t know what else to do
I'm have the same question with slight variation. I just got hired at big law from law school - first job. I've been here three weeks, and the M&A partners that hired me haven't give me any work. I've been told that deals just got slow as I joined. Should I be worried? Does it matter that I'm hired mostly remote and work from their Texas office, instead? I'm asking for work, and I'm about to start doing pro bono work. Maybe I shouldn't worry since they've told me that things have slowed down?
