Any other first years out there worry that this virtual environment just won’t be able to teach them? I worry I’m not getting the same “plugged in” experience when I can’t knock on a door or walk into an office. Doesn’t help that my anxiety is heightened by feeling so isolated. I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. Turned down a gig at Apple two years ago because I saw a lot of growth opportunities at my current company and saw the position as a step back (even though it was more money) and have regretted it ever since. Still in the same exact position at the same company I was then btw. Bad choice.
