I have so many deadlines lined up and need to work over 15 hours each day. I am already burned out and have no motivation to work. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

Lots of right wing hysteria about liberals trying to engineer equality of outcome to correct sexual/racial inequities (in higher ed, for example). I think we all want socioeconomic, gender and racial barriers to opportunities to be addressed, but no significant number of people really believe in equality of outcome right? I'm a B.com graduate, worked in operations for 3.5 years and moved to a technical role within the same company because I have always been passionate about tech. Now I have 1.5 years of experience as a product support engineer and am pursuing MCA in cloud computing. I have a package of 6.3 LPA. I'm expecting around 10 LPA.
