How many years is too many as a Senior PM? I’ve had the same title for nearly 10 years now and am wondering if employers frown on that or if it doesn’t matter.

Leveling is so different across companies that my role has not stayed the same level of complexity and challenge but the title itself has stayed the same.

What should be the average pay for a senior product manager in a series A startup?

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

Are there any specific resources (books, articles, individuals, courses) for someone who wants to focus on being a Group Product Manager?
