My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. I had a screening and a little bit technical round with a company from Lisbon, portugal. They have asked me to provide the expected salary.
I need your help.

If I have accepted an offer from a UK company and they have initiated my visa process; meanwhile I get a better offer from another company which will also have to support my visa; does the second company then pick up the previous visa process on the same application number or it starts a fresh process with different application number.
