$350k-$500k
This is so sad. (Not intended to be mean)

Sorry, forgot to specify location aa USA.
P1 is correct. First few years of MD (L4) is low and more comparable with Director or AP at other firms, especially with the recent stock performance.
Thank you P1 and P2. When does the earning potential ramp up to $600k-800k, $800k-$1M+? Is that also heavily influenced by stock performance?

Stock performance is a determining factor. RSU + variable performance based earnings will be around 50% or more of the total comp. MDs that joined in the last two years are feeling the pinch since they essentially lost a huge percentage of their earnings. Also, no bonuses for the recent past and the current outlook isn’t good either.
Keep in mind that ACN MD also will have a higher billable target now. All recent changes.
At Accenture you have to get promoted from L4 to L3 to L2 etc. The higher you go the more RSUs and cash bonuses become a factor. Base will grow a bit but cap out around $600k-$650k. L3s target $750k and L2s target $1.25m on average. L1s are targeting $1.5m-$2.5m depending upon role. EC members are higher.
Can an MD hire come in as anything above a L4?
What does a direct admit for L4 typically come in at?
