We have a template in instruction for the whole school as far as the basics: logging in to take roll, school wide procedures, etc. The site *tried* to have everyone take that document and create their own bit.ly with it, adding their daily and emergency plans. This is in a spreadheet we all can see, so if a teacher subs for a teacher, *IF* they made a link, we can access it.
I did it, and I love that I just have a link to the document anyone who walks in my room can access. If they don't have computer access for some reason, I also made a QR code they can scan.
I like this because 1. if there is an emergency, plans are already laid out. 2. I can add/edit sub plans to the document from home or wherever, and it updates automatically. No more having to print plans or have a teacher emergency print plans.
3. All the site protocols are on there. Makes it so clear for any sub.
I tend to make sure that all student materials and assignments are scheduled days in advance to be posted on Google Classroom. The students know the routine, so most of the time, the sub hardly has to do anything.
I do write it all up for the sub, so he knows what the students should be working on, but that's about it for the occasional sub.
That said, if I know I will be gone for a week or something, as happened last year, I do a lot more preparation, usually involving a detailed table, copied worksheets, and posted assignments.
Lazy is not leaving anything for a sub. I leave all of their work in Google Classroom, so that I can monitor from home when I'm sick. I leave a copy of my rules, all of my rosters and seating charts, as well as do's and don'ts.

If I know I have a sub, I try to prepare the students ahead of time with what their schedule is of activities. I put things on Google Classroom and link the activities on the sub's planning document, too.
