What saves me money in the Atl. Not driving much, not buying brand names, not eating out, not cooking much meat, and eating leftovers a lot. It's actually lovely to always have delicious reheatable food in the fridge. Oh and keeping the thermostat at mild temps like 68 in winter and 76 in summer. I also dont have a maid or yard care folks. My parents lived here and only did that when they thought they were rich.
About the same as you, $7-$8k. Daycare eats up a decent chunk of that (almost as much as our mortgage). Eastside ITP.
2k mortgage is beautiful. Congrats!
Rocket money says I was spending 6.5k/mo up until this year, now lower paying job so spending half that.
No family, don’t cook 🥡, renting PCM area.
We are up in the NW suburbs and spend around 8k for a family of 4. Could cut it down to 6.5k or so if we really wanted to budget aggressively.
SM1 thanks, I’m at about 3.1k.
We live in the Virginia Highland area and spend around $11k monthly. Mortgages/taxes are definitely higher than those who live further out.
🤯
Right at 8k for family of 3 (granted the baby is still young so doesn't have much expenses yet), northeast suburb.
3k for p&i + insurance and property tax
Around 4.7k in mortgage, 700 in car. 1000 utilities and groceries. 7k for family of 2.
What's the annual family income
170
DINK house hold in EA. We spend about 8k-9k which we cut back from 11k-12k😭 Decided it was time to lock in
Vices and Eating out😂I also put my car in “garage mode” so saving about $250 alone in insurance
7.5k including mortgages and a couple of loans. Family of 3. We both have older cars that are paid off. Travel a couple times a year, eat out about once a week. Living in NW ITP.
Me and 2 tweens $5k - mortgage, utilities, HOA, car insurance, phone bill, groceries, gas, entertainment, personal care, 529, tithes, savings not included in this list.
