Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi Folks, I have recently joined LTI. I have received my first month salary but not the joining bonus with that. Also, the recruiter and HR people are not replying on the mail or the ticket. If anyone has any idea when and how LTI provide the joining bonus. #LTI Larsen & Toubro Infotech

If you want to generalize, I would consider the vehicle alone as an average car payment. +500/mo. Except you are not accruing equity in the asset. Instead you should put aside what you would be paying as a car payment. This is even better than equity because it is not less depreciation, however the savings does decay from inflation.
Forgot to mention no interest expense in that savings
I’m using company car for slightly over a decade. Based on current cost of acquisition, it is roughly 8k/year for a small car, covers all maintenance, insurance, up to $250 gas/month, car get replaced by new every 4-5 years based on usage. Need to maintain log of miles. Personal miles and commute to office use are considered personal use and taxed on you as fringe benefits.
Unless you are looking to get another car, it does not add any value or save on expenses for you.
My primary factor here would be if gas is included and how much of a commute it saves me.

It depends on whether you were planning to buy/lease a car anyways. If so, it’s worth about as much as you were setting aside to buy/lease that car.
Personally it's worth nothing in salary, but it could allow for you to save on your living expenses. It's a perk/benefit. I don't consider it a part of compensation.
It depends on the rules of use, is gas included, etc. This determines how much it will save you in expenses.
I wouldn't take less in salary for use of a company car especially if the car is needed to do your job.
