Does EY send any goodies pre-hire?
Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

What do you mean unlimited benefit = feeling guilty ? How is that any different than having 2- 4 week PTO, and taking the time off. You still need approval in any case
Given there is no said rule for vacation, you will be compared against your peers and have to ask for time off which I am not a big fan off.
Little emphasis in practice but it is a good tiebreaker. If the money, role and prestige were good improvements over status quo, I'd risk the culture. Example is picking Amazon over big 4. But if my situation was status quo at big 4 vs Amazon offer vs a Google offer (same $, role, prestige across the 2 offers), then I'd pick Google for culture.
Thanks for the thoughtful reply. In my case money is good and role is very good. However, this is a $500M public company ... not well known (yet). I agree, if moving into a FAANG or equivalent, I would trade culture for brand name / prestige. Here, I am confused on what is the right thing to do.
At my age, I would take the money and ask for more after I crush it.
Including taking my vacation and all the other benefits they do give.
Sounds like Oscar Health but they just IPO'd this week...
So did you actually take the position and if so how has your experience been at zoom?
