How much engagement do you have with your leadership team? Do they have an “open door” policy?

My management has an open-door policy which we appreciate. I feel they are very responsive to our concerns/ideas, etc. I could not work for a company who operated differently.

I like open door policy’s. Feel like you can talk to your manager more easily.
