How much higher in comp would you leave your current 1 office day per week job for a 3 days job?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am trying to move to Houston but I don’t want to move until I am confident I can obtain a position in the city before packing up and leaving.

I work at bedside as a RT but unsure what to transition to. I've thought about IT but my mental health has deteriorated during the pandemic.

Looking to pivot out of a top pharma marketing/ad agency and into consulting. Ultimately want to leverage both experiences to move client side or to a healthcare start up.

What are the best firms for this type of transition and why?

Can we apply to open positions of other EY entities like EY UK, EY Australia etc.. if we are still working with EY GDS? Will it be entertained?
