Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

They log file movement and emailing attachments from you PwC email. Doesn't mean someone is actively tracking. Email attachments to yourself through a personal email account (gmail, yahoo, etc.).

How are you moving files to a local drive? Your laptop shouldn't allow any connections other than the firm USB right?
Once you put in your two weeks notice, your USB drive and emails will be monitored
What about moving personal files like music and photos?
You can boot into Safe Mode which will allow you to transfer files to a personal hard drive (for backup purposes only, I assume). They log every site you visit, but no one really looks at it. Could you imagine the level of required to monitor that? That said, if they're looking to fire you, anything you do on your PC could give them a documentable reason.
Got a senior manager who works out of virtual machines on his laptop
Can they monitor even when you're not on vpn?
They will check all of that for an un diclosed time period before you leave the firm
