I have been an assistant manager at a retail store for a year and a half. This chain has about 60 stores. I get paid hourly. What is a fair hourly wage for an assistant manager position ima store of this caliber?

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

Has anyone ever been in a mostly platonic relationship? I don’t like to label myself much, but I don’t really like intimacy and don’t really like romance. I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. It also doesnt help that the job im in at the moment makes me absolutely miserable and im desperate to leave… help!
