How much of your PTO do you actually take? We're given 15 days of PTO to use each year but my supervisor tries to make me feel guilty if I use too much of this time. Usually, when I hit the 10 day mark, he will comment on how nice it must be that I feel so comfortable in my position to take so much time off. Which feels like a pretty clear threat to me.

GCA Questions Help

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

I want to transition to a role in pharma or a CRO, but haven’t been successful yet because I don’t have industry experience.
