I get 22 days this year and have no problem using it. We're well staffed, so there's never really an issue taking time off.

That’s awesome!!!
One thing about me is I am taking that PTO. As soon as I have a day off I am out of here so fast. I earn my PTO so I am going to take it and I get those requests in early honey. We get 4 weeks of PTO every year and I use every hour of it because I am not gonna let it go to waste.
