OMG that is a sweet offer. Take it for anyone who is interested!

That's pretty decent salary. I wouldn't offer to be the go-between, though. That could get complicated. I'd just tell people to reach out to the recruiter directly if interested. Just looking out...

Oh wow. This made me think twice about my current job. Thanks for sharing this here, OP!

That might be a great offer, schools are good at breaking the hourly salary down by this formula.
School day is 7 hours
Less 1 hour for lunch
Students are in school 173 days per year
So let’s say you get them to $40/hour
That’s a daily rate of $240/day
That’s $41,520/year and that’s what we pay you for salary. You might get good benefits but how much will they cost you.
By far not all schools are like this, but some are. Always good to have the numbers firm so you can walk away

This looks like a really great opportunity. It's certainly bigher than my current position. I'll be looking into this. Thanks for sharing!

I'm an experienced Generalist/HRBP for an extremely high volume/large org. I have a masters in HROD and SHRM-CP. My role is getting to be more and more transactional by the day, all my strategic projects get pushed to the side by the endless daily fires that are, inevitably, tracking down employees and data entry. I'm actively looking for a new role (preferably Sr generalist etc), but can't seem to stand out among the crowd. Any tips? Louisville, KY.

Morning Women in Tech!

I’ve seen a lot of posts surrounding burn-out. I personally had time off work (6 months+) for corporate and personal burn-out and I know how devastating it can be to go through.

Post below the ways in which you ensure you check in and take care of yourself to avoid burning out. Not all of these will be accessible for everyone, but maybe we can find support in each other.

Hello, I have received offer letter from EY LLP for Manager position.
There is a bonus component over and above the CTC mentioned in offer letter.

When asked, HR conveyed the below, verbally.
'Bonus is between 10-20% depending on performance. Usually 15% on an average.'

1) This bonus range (10-20%) is not mentioned in the offer letter. Is this usually the case?

2) Are people in EY receiving the bonus right from the first year on the job or is there some extra t&c I was not made aware?

Anyone know of job opportunities for a UK qualified solicitor (corporate law) in Germany? Doesn't necessarily have to be legal counsel, open to other roles, preferably not a big corporate firm (mental health reasons).

S.O. and I are moving to Germany, both are allowed to work there due to EU nationality so visa is not an issue. Unfortunately not great German language skills (fully aware this poses a problem).

Would really appreciate any help on this, TIA.

Can everyone please share some of the things ways in which you earn passive income. I need an alternate source so bad.

I am a solution architect at a 50 man Salesforce consulting shop. The economy and a string of sales team members coming and going or failing to produce, has resulted in a shortage of work for our delivery team. This has affected my ability to work extra to hit my bonuses and could possibly affect my year-end raise/promotion as we are in a downturn,

Do I hold this against my company when my chances of being rewarded for my hard work are out of my control? How much leniency do you give?
