How much time does document verification take in TCS. Also salary discussion was done. But document verification is done partly and few are pending for more than a week. Anyone faced this pls help with your experience

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

Does BNP APAC does background verification before sending offer letter or after sending the offer letter?

They have only asked the PAN, PASSPORT and Current employer salalry slips and promotion letter.

Would anyone that has moved from Big 4 to MBB be willing to chat for 15-30 minutes?
