I have an offer (DC) for 210 base/15% bonus/185 equity over four years, and I’m wondering what others have received, how much I can negotiate, etc. I understand base and bonus may not be negotiable, but I’ve heard that technical folks have negotiated equity packages 3-4x the amount I was offered - so is there a lot of room there? Hi All, I’m closing in on my 2 year mark as a PM. I started my career with a tiny startup that was acquired last year. My manager/mentor had his role expand with the acquisition and now has limited time to push me through mentorship. Curious if others have experienced this and how they confronted their mentors/found additional mentors?

Finished my interviews and expecting an offer very soon (this or next week). Is it too late to apply to other Google roles that I might be interested at this point? Would it be frowned upon?

2. Look for that 1 offer from good product based organization with same hike/offer where WLB is good.

Got an IBM offer. In the offer letter, there are 3 options, Accept, Decline or Query.
I have raised a query to change my joining date which they complied with. But now the offer letter does not have any of those 3 options but I have both the offer letter and the mail with new joining date.
Anything to worry?
