How often do people ask you your package point-blank and how do you dodge that question?

I moved to my hometown, owing to Covid. To my surprise, random uncles would ask me my package.

P.S: I am 27y/o and draw a handsome salary, recently one uncle started comparing me with one of my school senior and how he is on lower side of salary.

My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.

In investment management at Deloitte. Wrapping up my second year here and looking to jump into a FP&A role/ valuation analyst. Is this a reasonable jump and what would salary expectations be?

Currently in industry at 135k salary, poor healthcare, amazing wlb, a month of parental leave, work is okay.

I had a good feedback, promotion also supported but the green dot of scatter plot is down ..i was expecting upward
My manager told me that this year bel curve is reintroduced and due certain process change in scatter plot , difference is expected( its mentioned in mail also) but she has assured that everything is fine and promotion is also supported but due to bellcurve, normalization has taken place .rest they have given good feedback..any comments/suggestion?
