How rare is it to find a fully remote landscape architecture job?

I am a landscape designer and project manager with 6 years of experience and several award-winning master planning & built projects. I move to Mississippi from Virginia 2 years ago due to family reasons and my firm has graciously let me continue working remote. However, the firm is in sharp decline due to leadership turnover. I still need to remain in Mississippi with a family to support so I’m looking for options.

Is BNY strictly following hybrid model currently? How many days in a week or month are compulsory to WFO.? Asking i I will be a new joinee in few days

I’m in Ontario but looking for Insight from anywhere in Canada.
We have a vaccine proof or (-) test policy for our office, we are mostly still remote. Is anyone dropping those requirements as our provincial governments also drop vac certificate regulations and other protections? I feel that our duty to keep employees safe at work means we should keep our policy in tact. (Masking is still required in all indoor spaces so that won’t change)

What are other office/hybrid workplace companies doing?

Curious to know what other avenues people have taken in our industry to make more money. Currently getting OT which is nice since most places don’t offer that benefit but still doesn’t feel like it’s worth the long nights when the paycheck comes in.

I’m curious to know if anyone has experience working part-time in architecture? I have been working for large international firms in NYC for the past 10 years. So I work all day every day. My evenings and often the weekends are all absorbed by work duties. Working part-time would allow me to find a better balance, and carve out space for side gigs and eventually start my own firm. Any recommendations?

Been working as an Assistant Technician for 3 years (2 years excluding pandemic) pay is £21k now £22 adjusted for inflation. I will be completing my Part 1 in architecture but also have a degree in Technology, should I find a different company after graduation or take roles offering £30-45k as an Architectural Technologist/Technician.

Hi everyone, I’m an architectural designer (from Europe) with 1.5 yrs experience. I’m working for a practice in San Francisco, full-time from the office, getting 25 an hour. It is so expensive to live here, I am struggling to make things work. Is this a normal salary for someone of my experience or should I ask for a raise?
