How should 6 years of past marketing experience be counted when looking for a sustainability job? 2 to 1? 3 to 1?

With 1 year of relevant sustainability job and a relevant 1 year sustainability graduate diploma, people still consider this profile quite junior. However, at 30 year old and having finished a bachelor almost 10 years ago, being considered junior is not a great feeling. What do you think about it? It's for a sustainability consulting job.

Really trying not to spiral, and my practice group leader has been openly hostile to and dismissive of me lately. I haven’t mentioned my depression/anxiety to him because we’re not exactly getting along swimmingly, but I don’t know who else to talk to about my MH. Fighting with my wife hasn’t helped either. I’m 18 yrs of exp, working at Ford in a cloud architect role with a salary of 31lpa (26 fixed + 5 variable). I’m getting offer from Bank of America with fixed ctc of 41lpa for avp designation. I will lose the variable pay from Ford if join bofa in next 60 days. Pl advice if this a good offer considering market situation or should I negotiate @bankofamerica
