How should an SDET proceed towards preparing for good product based companies with regards to DSA preparation?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Where can we get those details to check the required and expected things to go the next level?
How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)

I have worked in municipal government for almost 17 years. I love what I do as an Inspector, but the environment is toxic, and administration horrible. I am convinced that Elon Musk only started The Boring Company to create tunneling machines for Mars habitats underground. If you look at their website at the size of the machine it looks like it would fit snugly inside a Starship hull. Why else would someone living a mission to Mars waste time on a solution for annoying traffic. Real tunneling solution would be far larger for city use. No objections from me, think it’s smart.
