Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.

Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this

I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Just to add on for this particular project i gave my 200 percent initaited the path of this project gave KT to newest members in team assigned them with work as per their skills solved the issues Did late working hours for the debugging and still X Got choosen as a Test lead I am still okay with that maybe they say something in X which i was missing but swear to whole my carrer i did a lot for this project
But how is this relevant that in my 1 o 1 connect i am hearing praises of X employee and my work isn’t recognised 🥹
Moreover X is working on one this project I am working on 2 projects simultaneously with complete dedication on both of them
The best only way to tackle this issue is Keep Data at all handy when going into such meetings and before someone can fire a missile at you, you fire first that I did this and that and that and so on and so forth with Proof.
Is your colleague getting their share of the work completed? If so, it shouldn't really matter what time frame they are doing it in. If the work is lacking/suffering, that's another story. Then you would probably need to have a chat with your manager to make them aware of the situation.
Me and my colleague both are doing work but if he/she is staying late up at night and remain absent during the actual working hours(which is absolutely none of my concern since I understand that we all have our work at home)
But if this is shown as he/she is doing extra than that is something wrong because if project effort is 100 I already complete 75 with starting of the day remaining 35 other employee has to do
But my manager explicitly saying to me that X colleague stayed late up at night and worked till x hours of canada —I didn’t understand my managers point here why i an being told this why should i hear X’s praises completely un understandable I mean what should i say in response to this to my manager
I understand why you're frustrated. I don't know if you should bring it up with your manager, but if you do I would just mention you feel like you're pulling more than your share of the weight. If you're doing most of the work during the day and your coworker is finishing it up at night, see if you can delegate more of the work to them, so that you feel things are more fairly balanced. Sounds like your manager doesn't know the full story, but I would be careful bringing it up. Sounds like what you're looking for most is more recognition of your work and that is always frustrating.
I would be frustrated too. I think I am just trying to understand why it matters. As long as the work is getting done it should be fine right?
