Is it possible to reach a 1cr+ package in data analytics field?

Should I move to other data fields like data engineer, data scientist or is it better to move towards software development?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

I got call from Microsoft for Cloud Solution Architect role (Customer Success). Location is Mumbai so bit reluctant to go ahead with interview as city is too costly, But recruiter is saying Compensation would be very good but not disclosing how much hike can I get.
