There are always hirings and firings at the top level during an administration transition, that's the nature of political appointees.
Beyond that, there's no point worrying. Schedule F isn't coming back and there are very limited ways for an administration to directly impact federal employees without going through Congress.
My job will be fine, but I have a sister-in-law who works for the Department of Education. She's pretty sure her job won't even exist if Trump wins, and I can't imagine having to think about that. One benefit of being a consultant is that I can work for either side, as long as there are jobs available. I guess if the economy tanks that'll be another story.
Pretty sure my job is nixed if Kamala wins, Trump winning shouldn't change much for my role.
